Keyboard failed and some issues

Pros: Weight, Screen size, device driver is good and stable, maintenance manual publicly available

Cons: Battery, Software compatibility, Processor, Durability, repair quality is bad in some country(mine), sometime bios update fail.(cause hardware issue), you cant directly contact lenovo engineer, you cant directly suggest change or report issue

"The Fn(Function key) is too far away from the combination buttons. If you set f1-f12 as f1-f12 keys.(not as special hot keys) it’s impossible to press frequently used buttons "Home" and "End" with one hand. I prefered it moved to the left of the Right-Alt button or swap it with menu button. also there is no NumLock on the keyboard(which is not unusual) thus make users unable to press combinations that require numpad. If you plan on purchase S300 with Pentium 997 CPU(I purchased this one by mistake.) consider S300 with Celeron 887 CPU instead.(freq vs. VT-x trade off)

Mine was repaired once at official services center. the plastic case’s hook is badly broken from the repair process and the case hold together with bolts. "
