I still curse that day and moment when I decided to buy Lenovo IdeaPad S400 after selling my Dell laptop. Only reason to do so was due to my shoulder pain and I am been ask to carry very light laptop so ideaPad was fitting in that bill.
However after buying in April, within the fifth month itself O key of keyboard has stopped working. Now to those who have dealt with Lenovo support call center, they will agree with me that getting any support executive on line is like waiting endlessly. Just for this simple problem every time they will have the same answer " Our support team will call you" but even after two week of complaint registration there was no call from any end team.
Story is really sad as this particular model has just two USB ports and external USB hub do not work for this model.
For a software consultant like me, this is the huge moment of frustration.
People my serious advise to all of you, please stay away from Lenovo and its products if you really want to save yourself.
Anyone who has similar problems please share so that the potential future customer knows the danger before hand.
