I purchased this laptop in July 2013 for office use. I was a Field Engineer, so this laptop experienced a lot of travel, and rough use. But It was always ready and never disappointed me.
During the first year of warranty, I accidentally broke it’s LCD screen 2 times. And I was very happy with the fact that Lenovo replaced it without any question. their engineer visited at my office with a spare LCD and replaced it in no time.
The laptop charger also got damaged and was replaced on-site. So their on-site service is pretty good.
