I bought this laptop in dec 2013 and till date I haven’t faced any issued with it’s working. It doesn’t heat up, cooling fan doesn’t feel too hot. The only issue with this laptop is that it’s a bit delicate. I used to use it on my lap until one day it fell and one of it’s back casing started coming off. I was under warranty, so called customer care.
They said this they can’t send an engineer for on-site warranty as I didn’t had ADP- accidental damage protection. How was I supposed to know what all kind of warranties you have for what parts. So then they said I had to go to my nearest service centre. I went there and the engineer there said he can’t do anything. I said I am even ready to pay money, and requested him to ask for part. But he plainly refused and called service centre. Every time the lady said my laptop wasn’t under ADP. I mean if I get it repaired from outside that would void the warranty, and they weren’t ready to guide me. I really didn’t had good experience. So if you are one rough handler of laptop don’t even think of buying this.
Also this laptop has nvidia 720m graphic card pf 2gb but still game lags and frames are lost. Rendering isn’t good at all.
