I bought y560 in the month of may 2011, and the same crashed due to hard disk failure twice, they (service centre) took 1 month to repair. This shows that the model is suffering with very serious manufacturing defect. I would advice not to buy this m/c. They (lenovo) treat customer as donkeys. Lenovo "for those who do donkey work.
Donkey Work: follow up with customer care/service centre with no outcome*.
Do not talk about replacement of the machine, they will not do that. If anyone faced the same problem, please report your case to Consumer court.
