Horrible Experience

Hi, I’m Varun Bansal. I bought this phone 2 years ago. When I purchased lenovo k3 note, after 6 months suddenly my phone display was blanked. I went to service centre and They took 2 weeks to repair it.


After further 4 months , The display of the phone had gone again. I went service centre and told them that 2 months ago, I repaired my phone display from here but now my phone display is not working as before. They told me that you submitted your phone and whenever your phone repaired we will call you. After 1 week they informed me, your phone is repaired.


Ok then Before 3 days before of the expiry of the warranty, my phone display showed me nothing. Totally blanked. I went to customer service on the se day. And told them about my phone. They said, ok sir we understand your problem our repair person is on holiday. Tomorrow you will come. I said ok .


The next day I went again. they said the same story that his replair person is on holiday sir. They said we registered your complaint online. So you can replair it after your warranty also. I said ok but don’t know about that They registered or not. But after expiry of the warranty, I went to the service centre, they said your warranty is over. We can’t replair your phone under warranty. I told them that you registered my complaint that day. They said no one complaint registered for your phone.


You can see that How they cheated me. Never trust on lenovo service centre. Even I called to Lenovo customer care, they said sorry sir we can’t help you regarding your case. Still I have lots of mails of lenovo company as a proof.


Whenever this situation will be come in your life. Take care of yourself. Don’t trust on lenovo service centre.
