This phone is a very good offering by Lenovo but we are aware of the customer service.
This phone has all the features needed for a good smartphone. It has a great display but not a good camera also the battery life is very good. it has support for dolby atmos which is not available in any of the phone in this price range .
Personally my experience which was bad about this phone is its customer service. I had issue with connectivity and try to call the customer care but no one was responding. I also tried writing many emails but after one week I got a response and my issue was resolved.
