Lenovo a trusted brand, but when such brand cheats u then what, lenovo k3 note is a good phone but services of lenovo is so poor that , I never think to purchase lenovo products in future.
I have a k3 note when I bought its fine but after some time its not fine, I go to the service center they deposit my phone for 7-10 days but return my phone after 20 days.????
I gave my phone 3-4 times in service center in a year, such a yuck phone & always got it back after 20-25 days, but before deposit the phone they say maximum 10 days sir.
Girls which tackles the complaints is so rude to customers, & when I go to check my phone status she said call lenovo , we are not responsible .
So I prefer not to buy lenovo k3 note because if a phone remain in service center fir 2-3 months in a year, then it is of no use
