I would like to share my experience with one mobile I had purchased from local dealer M/s Laxmi Electronics Raipur. Model name is Lenovo K3 note. I had took this last year on 30th Sep 2016.
As per the waranty card, charger waranty period is 1 year which is there in booklet. I am chasing local service center and have shown them the booklet and bills that the waranty period is upto 30.9.2017.
They have shown me something in their system that the waranty is no further applicable and its valid only for 6 months. One side they have printed for 1 year validity waranty another side they are contrary they are updating something different in their internal PCs / Server.
This is worst ever service from Lenovo.
I have never expected such unprofessional approach from Lenovo team.
Seeking help.
