Lenovo k8 plus is considered as most recent smartphone from the company. I bought it in this Diwali. But after one month I have faced lots of issues regarding heating and lagging the smartphone.
When I used it for more than 45 minutes it starts heating so much that is literally because impossible to use it further.
So I took the phone to customer care services. And told them about the problem. That man said that it is normal to heat up the smartphone. And he refused to listen my problem further. So I wrote complaint against this product to the company. But they didn’t contact me back. This is the reason I request you to not to use this phone.
