4.5/ 5 I am a college student and I needed a new laptop. My mother and I bought an hp laptop that lasted five years for about$420. Now, I have a lighter Lenovo. Am I satisfied? Yes. Can it last a day? No. Easily portable? Yes. Does it last long enough for school hours(5-6 hours)? Yes.
Things I absolutely love about my Lenovo:
-The design(You can’t just call them stripes on a computer, they give off a feeling of soft wood) -power button(cute little circle)
-Touch screen -Quick to understand the capabilities of the Lenovo
-Light -Slim
-Amount of USB ports(4) -Sound is pretty good too -At the bottom of my Lenovo, I love the dots at each corner, so it’s easier to move
Things I’m sad about:
-Battery Life:3:(:L;C
-Itunes(Maybe it is just me, but when I tried transferring music from my computer to another device, it wasn’t working for a while. I finally noticed that it wasn’t reading the cable as apple USB, kept showing MTP. If you ever need help with that, holla at me:)!) Usually, the problem is that not all files were downloaded.
Hp comparison: I had a g6 and it lasted long and I could have used it longer, but the battery life was bad. REALLY bad. When I only had it for two years, battery life was only 2-2.5 hours. The body of the laptop was thick, sound quality was so par, and don’t get me started with the keys. Plus, there was this rubbery stuff on the face of the computer and at the bottom(Like the Lenovo dots) which were to help if I ever(which I never have) slammed the computer, but fell off within the first year leaving this sticky glue. Plus, it wasn’t easy to clean the keys and I like to clean.

Stunning overall design, great features and superb performance all come together in this Lenovo laptop. It’s a 2.2 ghz intel i3 5020U CPU which is the 5th generation i3 in case anyone is wondering. I use most make laptops out there and this beginners laptop is the best i3 you can get with touchscreen at a very decent price tag. Great buy and I highly recommend this for a high school or college goer or even for regular home use. What puts this above its peers is the build quality compared to HP, Dell or Toshiba! 5 stars hands down!
Best laptop ever considering the price and performance! Everything goes well for a month and never have a problem after I bought it. I really enjoy this laptop for work and entertainment. For this price, i3 cpu and 8gb memory together is a steal from amazon. Personally I highly recommend this laptop to you who has limited budget and are looking for good laptop deal
