Lenovo vibe k5 worst phone

Product that I have, has a manufacturing Defect. It does not charge. charger provided with that phone is also of very bad quality. I received this phone on 21 november 2016 and within next 15days I started getting one or the other problems. Once the battery is drained completely phone does not start for a day or 2. I kept my phone for charging for 7hrs and it is charged only 30% . sometimes Volume gets disabled. -Phone as well as Charger gets EXTREMELY Heated while charging. -Audio Jack Issue. When checked with one of the Service Center they said Board is Damaged & they don’t have any parts available, so this will take 20-25 days to get Repaired. -Now my Phone is all Dead it do not Start or Charge. Service Center Employees are very slow & Whenever I call your Customer Service number mentioned on Website comes Busy and gets disconnected. I paid 10000 bucks for the piece of this. within 15days phone started creating issues & for almost a month I got no support from Amazon or lenovo guys. I am not happy with lenovo Services at all. Don’t buy this phone.
