I purchased a Lenovo Vibe X2 Gold Smartphone from flipkart.com paying Rs19, 999/- along with a charger case of Rs 1600/-. The battery is the worst in any smartphones I have seen and needs to be always kept in charging.
The company does not have any authorized centres in Bangalore for any repair of the product.
When my phone fell down and had a physical damage, I have tried contacting Lenovo office and flipkart.com. They give you such directions to unauthorized service centre and even If I am ready to pay for the repair, the spare parts are not available and it would take a couple of months to repair.
My humble request to all buyers of smartphones. Never get carried away with flipkart or any other portal offering such high ended phones without proper after sales care. Neither the company manufacturing the product nor the internet seller is every worried about the after sale and they care two hoots even if you keep calling them. Worst customer service centres who keep speaking softly and telling you to take a jump into a well for having purchased their product.
