Bought Lenovo tablet 5 weeks ago.$175. Tablet wont fully charge and drains quickly. Requested call back from company 5 times. Finally talked to tech who gave 3 options: 1. Return under warranty to Lenovo. Could take up to three weeks. 2. Void the warranty, keep the tablet and refund$85. 3. Take back to Best Buy to see what they say. Best Buy said it was a defective USB port and the only thing they could do was to send it to lenovo. Again, 3 weeks. Since I use my tablet everyday for work, I couldnt afford to be without it.
I called lenovo back to take option 2, as that would enable me to purchase a decent tablet tomorrow, knowing a slight refund would be sent. Now, lenovo has changed their Mind, saying its something physical, like I dropped the tablet, which is NOT the case. Im not in the habit of paying$175 for a throwaway tablet. Check the internet. This seems to be a HUGE problem. Tomorrow I purchase a new tablet. It will NOT be a Lenovo, and I strongly suggest you do research before handing money over to lenovo.
