Hey guys this review is about the lenovo yoga 8.My piece is the one with 2 gb ram and 16 gb internal memory. I got it from an online marketplace for almost 19000 INR. The delivery was quite fast and I got it in less than 3 days(68 hours to be exact). The product comes to you very well packed in bubble rap and stuff. I basically bought this tablet because one of my friends use it and he said that the tablet is quite powerful. The tablet also has some stunning looks with its yoga stand and mettalic design. The biggest PROBLEM with the design is the big hump at the bottom. It just ruins the whole tablet for me, Frankly I am a fan of thin tablets but this hump makes the tablet look quite thick. The tablet is a 8 inch HD display and with the stand you can use the tablet in almost any orientation. This is most helpful when I watch movies lying down on my bed. You can also use this tablet as a digital photo frame if you want courtesy of its stand.
Talking about the sound well this is very good and clear. Technically speaking it has a Dual Front Facing Stereo Dolby ATMOS Speakers. This comes in handy when you playing any gaem or watching any movie(my recommendation is you watch fast 5 on this). Well sometimes you like to hear music on headphones and for that you have a 3.5mm jack.
But the BEST thing about the tablet is 6200 mah battery that is just plain GREAT!. The battery would last a complete free day with watching movies and doing some heavy duty gaming. The camera on this device is 8mp that can be rotated as both front and rear.
The any pen technology is also very good as now I take notes in my class without the use of stylus. This feature really helps students like me.
BUT THE BIGGEST PROBLEM with this device is the pricing. for almost 19k you get just get 16 gb rom and 2 gb ram.
Another Problem is the after sales support, Now after using this tablet for about some time I encountered a problem the battery was getting drained very quickly so I called the sales support and the response I got from them was very bad they asked me to take it to the service center and did not tell me anything about what had happened. This is the only reason that I dont recommend this product
