Not good

There are many complaints for their Home eye checkup( Often late)

Tracking of the order is not comparable to flipkart

Website is a bit slow

Cash On delivery not available in some areas

After Service( refund) is not upto the mark. The Disadvantages we mentioned above are really serious issues but still Lenskart is the only name that comes in your mind when you think about getting discounted eyecare services. That’s why we suggest you to give this website a try and we also expect that Lenskart will definitely increase their quality of service to attract more customers. We can give them 3.5 stars out of 5 on their current services.
