I had placed an order for a pair of contact lenses(Order No #1203015547).The order was placed on 30th May and I repeatedly informed them that I need it by 5th June, as I would travelling abroad for next 15 days.
On 4th June called them to get it by next day, answer was they are trying. On June 5, called them many times and every time I was getting a new answer.The customer care people were clueless and even told me to get in touch with their courier service provider as they don’t have any control. They even transferred my call to logistics department couple of times but those people were too busy to pick it up
Now I am regretting, I needed the lenses badly and had to leave without them.It would have been better if I had placed it at any local optical store.
Lenskart definitely not dependable and not at all for serious business
