First a faulty product was delivered and on returning the product and reordering, same faulty product was delivered again. Poor customer services and executives who are just focused on closing the ticket and not interested in hearing out the problem.
Its not been even 6 months and such costly product has turned in to a complete waste. Frame is all sticky and torn out as if it was made of stickers

I got a reply from Lenskart that I didnt reply to their comment over here and hence they are closing the ticket. As I mentioned earlier also, Lenskart team is just concerned in closing the ticket and not providing the solution. My full name is mentioned here, they could have searched my profile in their system and could have contacted me over phone, but no thats the customer service and Lenskart never provide that.
So, here are the concerned order numbers, 1202883049 and 1201563072.
Just for the information, I have earlier also raised multiple concerns for these 2 orders and every time tickets were closed without any resolution or help. Customer team is not even concerned to know the exact issue.
