My Eyecheckup delayed without response

I am a gold member of Lenskart I am facing issue while checking eye check up at my home. Without prior information the reschedule my appointments and just call me 5 to 10 minutes before the schedule appointment and the customer care is not aware about how to check the membership.I am extremely unhappy with their LensKart customer care support and also I waste my saturday which is holiday for me if they inform me one day before I will manage Saturday with my family members but all the plant will be collapse due to information not provided to me about the appointment has been cancelled I will definitely think ovary while purchasing gold membership renovation. I think April my gold member ship has been expired I will definitely not looking towards renewing due two such things. Extremely unhappy with the support
