Not refunding money, crediting refund in store cr!

Escalation:


Lenskart has refunded the refund in Store Credit without my knowledge although I clearly mentioned and written to refund it in my Bank account/ original Payment method or asked for link to update the bank details for refund.!


Below Orders has not been refunded me in original payment method and lenskart says that they cant refund anymore.


Order # 1206058419 - amount Rs. 812/-


Order # 1203001065 - amount Rs. Rs 1, 047.25(They took the product back and also closed the credit without refund)


Really disappointed after talking to many customer care and they says that Store Credit is expired!


Who is responsible for this?


I or Lenskart! Just on trust basis I trusted on lenskart that they will refund always in account, but to my surprise and disappointment, they refunded in Store Credit!


Please Refund my amounts ASAP(812+ 1047)
