I had ordered 2 glasses out of which one was not what I ordered .when I contacted the customer care they informed that I had to courier it back and I can do it only one.how is it possible for seller/retailer to tell a customer that he can return wrong product delivered only one.after all it is their problems that they have given a wrong product.the worst part is that I had to beg the courier guys to get it delivered in the first place to get the stuff.initially the courier guy asked me to come and pick up my package about 35 km from my place.that is what you get from the product delivered is possibly worst you can get from lenskart.the customer support, delivery and the product delivered is possibly worst you can get online. I hope no one get fooled by their offers and ads. .
