So, I went to buy spectacles from lenskart, I booked an appointment and they said they will do my eye exam between 11:30 am to 12:00pm but they made me wait for about 30 mins and once the eye checkup was done, I wanted to buy the specs but obviously I carried money but it wasn’t enough so my dad had to pay through phonepe and my dad wasn’t with me as I was staying alone and I don’t have an bank account and it was handled by my dad, and their otp message wasn’t reaching my dad’s number and for that the employees started becoming so rude and they started shouting and gave me weird looks like they were about to gobble me up whole.I was alone at that time and I guess they took the advantage of an 18 year old shopping alone and they behaved the way they did and also racist maybe.
