2nd March I received promotional mail from Lenskart where they offering
"Odysey Optima Eyeglasses with Power Lenses for Rs.299 only". and I done BIG MISTAKE by believing & accepting this offer. I paid for my eyeglasses and then sent my prescription by email to them,
and then My waiting started, after 10 days of waiting - I received faulty eyeglass. Bi-Focal written by doctor clearly on my prescription but they sent me plain power glass.
after many mail/phone call/online chat - they arranged reverse pickup of that faulty product. I handed over it to the courier guy on 16th, and then - till 29th March - NO RESPONSE from them!
again after many mail/phone call/online chat - they finally replied - YOU NEED TO Pay Rs.500/- each for your two Bi-focal Lenswhich means Rs.1000/- for bi-focal lens, 1299/- total!

Received phone call today from Lenskart support and they give me details/right link about Bi-focal glasses price, yeah I didn’t noticed that option when placing order.
