This is by far the worst e-commerce site I have came across not because their product quality is poor but only because they frustrate me so much by sending worthless messages which confuse me for once but then irritate me.
Some of the message sent by them are ’we have added 1000rs to your account’ or ’your account has been recharged by 1000rs’ I mean ftw is there any scam you are running. If you’re giving say any discount to me then message that way.
For first time when I got their message I thought this is some kind of Nigerian scandal where some fake guy ask you to help him in getting his stuck money but when I surfed Internet I got to know they are actually lens kart and this is their style of marketing. I request you team lens kart stop doing this.
