Not delivered ordered item after so many days

I have placed an order. Your order #1200005575 (placed on september 10, 2012 10:31:55 am ist). No details when i called after 9 days. They asked for 1 day time to update the status about delivery. Flipkart and all delivering stuffs in 24 hrs. Expecting at least delivery within 5 -7 days from this.


Nothing more.
