I have ordered two SPECTS by order number 1218509365 on 20.10.2019 , the boy at shop first made a mistake in Order and took the payment through credit card. Then he cancelled the order and put a fresh order and again charged and took the money through credit card. Then he said we have refunded the money and it will come to you. The next day he send an SMS and phone is that he send a link and I have to fill my bank details for getting refunded money. I said why don't he refunded through my credit card. He said our company don't do this. This can be a online scam who are asking to fill the bank details and later siphon off all the money. I am going to file a complaint in consume court if they don't refund my money. I will take legal action against them as they are making me fool. This is a new technique of looting customers by these companies like lensekart and urban clap. Urban clap also not returned my money.
