It’s been thoughtful idea from a lenskart founders Mr.Piyush, Amit and Sumeet I dont know how they do it, but as customer I should tell this really worked for me. I always check for discounts, offers, quality, service and most important it should work for me like ROI, yeah I know I am not buying gold but whatever I buy it should be like new bride:)
So, when I first started getting mailers from lenskart intially I was apprehensive about their variables, standards but when I saw their promo ads on the TV channels then I said okay, seems to be pretty good looking ad why not try.
When I start browsing their website it was a ocean of specs available but for me which one to choose there were plenty of options available, just at one click and images trolling down and selection of power accordingly the frames is designed.
They had all sorts of brands from Top to bottom class level. Well finally I selected one and ordered my suitable of glasses which was "Vincent chase" white in color. The best part is we do not have to travel, we do not have to go for checkup yes, unless if you have the latest slip copy from eye Dr. all you need to do is scan it and upload the same on the site, it is so easy in process to understand even when you do the booking the payment options are available cash/debit card/credit card and discount vouchers ofcourse, now they have started coming up with some promo code offers.
I really liked the concept then ordered immediately which for them it took to deliver 3 -5 days if I remember from blue dart services, though I was disappointed with service of blue dart but then I blasted them for there poor service, as they coming up with excuses of unable to track address though I made sure my item got delivered on time after communicating, though for this I dont blame lenskart there delivery was as per schedule, now why I am saying lenskart again and again as its been now almost 3 years "Vincent Chase" there frames are solid though I changed the glasses only once after original got break.
