Ordered a pendant from jewelskart.com. Then received a call from the customer service. They said it will take 10-15days to deliver the product. As the timeframe is high, I asked to cancel the order. They cancelled it and said to refund the money.


It has been more than a month, I didn’t receive the money. I asked the customer service. They gave some transaction I’d and asked to contact bank. When I contacted bank, they said no refund happened with the said transaction I’d. I was struggling with jewelskart and bank to get my money bank. At last bank agreed to reverse the transaction but am not sure abt the action from jewelskart.


Prices also high compared to local market. So don’t purchase from jewelskart.com
