Coming to my personal experience, I wear powered spectacles since I was in class 4, everytime I used to buy from local market. First time, I trusted lenskart.

Negative sides
1.Lenses like Kodak lens or AO lens price are much higher priced. Even after they provide free frame, the total cost including lenses are much high.
- Online interface is somewhat irritating for slow-internet users.
If definitely saves time of going to market for specs, so, I would recommend lenskart if you are willing to buy some premium long-lasting lenses.
