Hello everyone!
Purchased a sunglass from lenskart.com, mirror sunglasses were fine when they were delivered but after some time the color of frame faded and the brand name was only written on the cover and not anywhere on the mirror sunglasses.
Their service is fine but customer care is totally unlrofessional as they told me to visit nearest lenskart outlet but when I reached their they told that they can’t do anything as it was not sold by them they are just franchise and are not related to lenskart.com anyhow. I suggest everyone that not to buy anything from lenskart.com and if buy go gor branded not thier native brands like vincent chase of John Jacob.: -(
