1.Glasses were found with defect in power and hence returned to lenskar shop after duly certifying from very highly reputed eye hospital.
Received SMS on 5th Jul 2022 to collect new glass from shop. Reminder received on 6th also. Visited on shop on 6th and came to know that glasses are not ready.
Spoke to many times customer care and shop and there is no clarity on delivery of spectacles. Similarly no clarity in reply received from their email against complaint sent on mail. Genearlly they will mentionin their email " issue will be attended within 24-48 hours".There was a call received from lenskart on 10th Jul 2022 stating that item delivered at shop and when I have contacted shop on 11Jul 2022, it is came to know that item has not been received at shop.
3.Now Requested to return money by lenskart so that order can be given to reliable spectacle manufacturer.
