I have used Leo Packers Movers Pvt Ltd for most of my home shiftings in the past 10years. This time I was moving from Navi Mumbai to Bangalore. I called the Leo Mumbai manager Mr Hemanshu Gala, who I had dealt with in the past. I told him that I did not mind paying a premium, but I want personal attention from his side and extra caution for my car, Since one of my older cars had got damaged in a previous move. I also cautioned him that I do not want my car driven down under any circumstances. If the car is driven, I would come to know as there is GPS and Fast Tag and other technologies in my car. The Leo team Told me they would need more days to ensure the same. They took 2 days to packing and load, Three days to transport the home items and a day to unload unpack. But I was more worried for the car. I Got the car in 10 days, a bit late compared to my expectations but safe. To summarise, the team did an excellent job in shifting my household goods and car . I also appreciate the personal attention and assistance provided by Mr Hemanshu Gala - the manager at Mumbai, in this regard. I also want to caution the readers as there are lot of fakes posing as Leo. Be wary if they do not speak in English. Please double check you are dealing with the original company . Ask for all entity proofs - Pan Card, GST certificates, Trademark certificates, and get all your terms and conditions in writing from them. Do not pay cash.
