We used this packer and movers facilities for my sisters shifting with in state .there process was reasonable compare to other in same field but service is really pathetic they do not care about products, heavy damage can happens for your valuables , our tv has been got crack beacuse of there careless transfer of the product , so we asked workes about this they are really careless and no idea about contact person.
We tried for refund but nothing worked for us I will not suggest this service.
