Let us C by yashwant kanetkar

If you are to begin your programming career and you are going to start with c, then choosing c, as beginner could somehow be a better option, but when it comes to  learn the skill from the book I will never suggest you a book like "let us C".

I am a progammer, with 3  years of experience in the field.i intially also started with this book, but found it a little bit useful.

the book is boring, and it will never create your intreast and rather you will feel like, I am not to be a programmer.it is not only I faced the issue, many of my friends felt same after they started reading this book.

the author has put a lot of theory in the book.simple things, which could be understood in a single or few lines have been extended from here and there to one or even more pages, which make the book boaring.

the book will take a lot of time to read it, and you will end up learning less than you possibaly would expect.

programming becames easy, if the things are explained with pictures, pictorial representation let us visualise things and we all know that visualing things is the better way to learn things in an efficient way.the author of this book has hardly put any picture to explain things

I later avoided to read this book, and started reading "head first programming"which provides a basic concept of programming in general using python.

trust me this book was so useful for me that I can’t even express by my words.

reading this book was fun.so I will suggest this book instead of "let us c ". This book(head first programming)uses a lot of pictures, and you will finish this book in less time, and you will end up learning a lot of things about programming.
