The following is an update on the previous message I posted.
After writing a complaint on MS as well as calling them/ giving them feedback, I received a call today to ensure product delivery. And thankfully, I got the product by 4 in the evening.
Letsbuy.com had initially disappointed me, but now I am content that they followed up on my complaint.
Since this is my first experience, I will not form a judgement immediately, though previous posts have complained about the same problem as I have, i.e. the product never gets delivered on time.
I urge letsbuy.com to better their services on product delivery. I would also like to mention that people @ customtakeouter care service in letsbuy.com always spoke nicely, even when I was angry and harsh. So thanks to them.

Ordered a TV worth quite a lot from them. I kept on asking for product delivery for a week. Ultimately got to know that they had given me a wrong tracking number, and they have no clue about in which part of the world my product is!!
Have asked for money back. That will also take a long number of days to get processed. So not sure as well if they will return the money on time without contacting them n number of times. You CANNOT trust them to give you your moneys worth.
