Order at your own risk....:)

I had ordered item with pre paid payment on 06.05.2012 for the item "Teracom ADSL2 + Modem Router (1 Ethernet Port + Wi-Fi). I have not yet received the item. On calling letsbuy.com I am told that the item is "Under Procurement" and the delivery will be delayed.

My question is- If the item is not available with letsbuy.com how is it being shown "In stock" and delivery 2-4 working days?

This projects a VERY POOR IMAGE of letsbuy.com. The website is charging the customer for a product that is not available at their end and their website shows- "in stock"? This is a fit case for complaining to the Consumer Forum.

This will be my first and last purchase from letsbuy.com.
