I made an order of a cell phone on Sunday night, that is 4th march late night expecting to be delivered to me by Friday as I have committed on the site regarding delivery of within 2-4 days. I had my travel planned according to this order but sadly today when I called up the customer care to track my order I discovered that it hasnt been even shipped out yet and I should wait for another 4-5 days. That means I go out with my new cellphone and secondly appoint someone else to receive it. Thats disappointing first experience. I demand a refund of at least 50% for the inconvenience caused.
