Going down Hill?

I am a regular buyer @ Letsbuy.com & recent experience, keen observations made me write this review.


Honestly, Only reason to buy from this site is the Lowest Price they were offering compared to other stores/ sites including Flipkart & they were able to get a good customtakeouter base. Now the company may be thinking they have got a stable business & lets improve margins / play tricks! Downhill story begins.

  1. Putting lowest rates on first day to attract traffic & slowly increasing the price( customtakeouters will not fall prey for these)

  2. After confirming order, Sending Msg that - based on your request, your order has been cancelled( Visit the site next minute & see the price hiked by 10%) . This is my personal experience while buying a mobile, thank god I had chosen COD

  3. Poorest customtakeouter support, they dont bother you informing that product is out of stock. You will receive above message after 2 days. No reason given or any call from CC

  4. Website if full of  "No stock Products". They just want to show that they have more products than Flipkart . Dont even show explicitly that it is out of stock

  5. Recent 100% Cashback is like chain marketing to get make you spend 10 times than original purchased value within 6 months.! WTH

6.Incorrect product specifications including blunders such as mobile screen size, processors etc. Why do they care if you are disappointed after seeing it for real. They have huge customtakeouter base. you see!:-)

  1. I dont know about their exchange transactions process. But you will spend 100rs for phone atleast

I advice MS members to only choose Cash On Delivery  to be on safer side & expect a delivery time of 7 days. Do remember, I have heard CC person saying we dont work on weekends & only Next monday your order process may start!
