Worst service

I have tasted worst experience with lets buy. After booking the laptop order, executives are telling out of stock and he confirmed that they are going to upgrade my order with free of cost.


After a hour same guy called me and saying that our manager is not accepting to upgrade and you have pay 2200 extra otherwise cancel the order like this and they are telling money will be refunded in 7 to 10 days. There is no responsiblity and customer ethics in letsbuy and dont buy
