Beware of Letsbuy

Recently I purchased a DELL LCD monitor from Letsbuy. Order No. LSB 852944

It reached me after 6 days! The packing was fine and ok! But I found’Power Cord’ is missing inside the box. As per the specification listed in the website, the power cord should come along with the box.

I’ ve raised a compliant regarding this, Compliant No. CC120247981! And still it is pending!

Monitor which I bought has been kept useless without the power cord.

So Beware when you purchase products from Letsbuy.

Two days before, I received the power cord from them! They’ve bought me one from the local market it seems! Anyway, thanks to letsbuy and its customer support team! Also to mouthshut!
