Still chasing to have my order LSB-735551 with me

I am also going through with very rough patch from the day I have ordered  Lava B8 mobile (order no. LSB-735551) from LetsBuy.com.


I have placed  the order on 21-12-2011 and waited till 29-12-2011. When I received  that, I found it was TAMPERED. I asked LetsBuy guys to take that  packet from my place and replace it with a New one.


The packet has been picked up on 02-01-2012 but from that very day I’m clueless when I can expect the re-shipment of my order.


It seems  to me like I have made a big mistake when I placed an order with  LetsBuy.com. I would suggest not to buy anything from LetsBuy.com to my colleagues and friends as after sales service is very lethargy, sleepy and poor.
