Ordered for nokia x1-01 (white);order:-LSB-269412

I have ordered for a nokia x1-01 (white) on 2nd august 2011 & on 3rd august when I called the customtakeouter care I was told that the mobile will be delivered within 2-4 working days of my order.toady is the 4th day running, according to letsbuy.com I should have got the product but till now i've been not given even the shipping details, god knows when will I get the mobile.if any executive of letsbyu.com reads this pl. let me know what is going on?

TODAY IS 24TH AUGUST....STILL WAITING FOR MY MOBILE.

today I came to know from lets buy.com that my mobile has went back to lets buy.com.where as yesterday some one named Mr.Pawan told me that I'll get the product by yesterday.....but as usual every time they fail to keep their commitment.Today morning they told me that my product will be shipped today and I'll get it by Saturday.But they(lets buy.com) never keep their commitment.....till now I've not got the shipping details.
