I had ordered a Laptop Samsung RC Series Laptop (NP-RC530-S01IN) Order No : Order LSB-406088 on 21/09/2011. I had called customer care multiple times before ordering to find out if the laptop was in stock
and they had assured me the laptop would be delivered in 4-7 working days and it was in stock.
For 1 week after that, the customer care executives repeatedly said it would be dispatched the next day and kept postponing the date.
On Wednesday 28/09/2011 the Letsbuy Website said the order has been dispatched and gave me an ARAMEX courier tracking number. And the very next day, Thursday I received a call from Mr Karan from
Letsbuy stating that Samsung is not providing those laptops and hence we have to cancel your order. I asked Mr Karan to provide that in writing in a mail so that I can take that up with Samsung and he
refuses to do so. When I requested him to provide that written mail he said "Let me check the Laptop stock again and call you back" . As I did not recieve any call back from him for a full day, I decided
to call him back and he said your order has been cancelled but you can stilll wait for 10 more days in case samsung gives us the laptop.
Then I Started tweeting on their twitter page and suddenly they said the laptop is available as I publicly started exposing their double standards. They have been promising to dispatch the laptop for 5 days now but they never dispatch and blatantly lie on twitter!!
Not even that in mouthshut itself a person ordered 2 laptops after me. He has recieved it and I still havent!!!

Letsbuy am still waiting for a resolution. Put an end to this and take some action.
