I ordered an Samsung Galaxy R mobile in Letsbuy.com site on 19th december. After multiples followup with their customer care on 23rd december I received a mail saying the product had been given to the dispatch team for delivery but til now I received the delivery. After that I written multiples mail and called their customer care several times whenever you call either they will apologize for the delay or they say the complaint had been forward to concern department and they will revert back within 24 to 48 hrs.
Till now I am not received any commitment from Letsbuy on the delivery date. I dont understand the problem with Letsbuy either they are not equipped their customer care department to track complete order processing which they suppose to be aware. I am totally frustrated now.
