Extremely Unreliable and poor service

Update 7 Sep 2011.

Just after posting my review on mouthshut, I received a call from Letsbuy.com from Mr Pavan. He told me that he will personally look into the matter. He called me 3 times and updated me about my order status and told that the product is available.

I am wondering that on the same day when I called up the customer care they told that the product is out of stock. And after writing the review on mouthshut, the product was available with them within next 2 hours. I dont know how these people are doing the business. Looks like they are mostly un-organised.

But I received my product on 6th Sept which is within less than 24 hours of posting the review on mouthshut. Thanks to Mr Pavan for follow up.

Anyway I would say if you are getting a bargain on price and you are ok to wait longer for your product delivery then go for it.

I have placed an order from letsbuy  on 25th Aug, LSB-329654 using Citibank credit card on EMIs option.

Immediately I got alert from my back for the transaction being successful.

There was no update from letsbuy for next 4 days.

Then I called them up and they told me that the payment is not confirmed and they will forward the request to payment processor and asked me to send the deails of transaction confirmation.

I mailed them the transaction confirmation details and then later confirmed with them on phone for the same.

After that I day I have been daily calling them on the customer care, and I was getting the response that it will be dispatched very soon. It has not been dispatched till date(5th Sep).

Today when I called customer care.they said the product is out of stock now and they dont know when will it be back.

The payment has been done from my card and now I have to wait indefinitely for the product to get delivered. This is pathetic ORDER HANDLING and they should not accept the orders if it is not in stock.

PLEASE DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM LETSBUY, INSTEAD GO FOR SOME OTHER SITE IF YOU WANT TO HAVE PEACE OF MIND ABOUT YOUR ORDER.
