Open Letter to Dear Mr. Dingra , the CEO

Dear Mr. Dhingra


I have Few suggestion to Improve Your customer  service.




  1. As customer has to wait from 10 minutes to 30  minutes before some one responds, I would suggest that you play chart hits  instead of your original score.




  2. You can also choose to change your customer  service number to 900 numbers, on which customer has to pay for the calls per  minute. This will be another way to increase your revenue.




  3. Try passing buck of supplying defective product  to manufacturer in Timabaktoo. and you are not responsible. Ask customer to  call them in timabaktoo and customer should be knowing Swahili to communicate  with the manufacturer.




  4. Remove individual phones from customer return  department, as they dont need one, they don’t call or receive calls from  customers anyway.  Money saved can be added to your bonus.






5.I would like to congratulate you for grooming  you customer return staff as future CEOs, they have already learned how not to  care about customers. You may chose one of the bright one as CEO-trainee with  immidiate effect.




  1. I think some of  customer services staff is way  too polite, please train them to be as rude as rest of your business. They may  be odd people out there.  You may decide to terminate some of the too polite  and dedicated people, as they are not following organizations’ policy of "We  don’t Care about Customer".
