Update: I am planning to take the issue to the consumer court and media. Enlighten as many people as possible through a website etc to save as many people from the torture .  Please feel free to message me. Had to spend good part of an hour with the team from letsbuy.com. For one the staff at warehhouse doesn’t know how to pack, then the cce doesn’t register a complaint  and they don’t have the replacement for the broken product they shipped and neither they wanna refund the amount or replace the product which they claim is easily available in the market(which they told me they can’t buy from their side and ship bcoz they only buy in bulk.that is when they have made mistakes one after another.what a joke)


There are no business ethics whatsoever.


I wish there was a rating less that poor because if I rate letsbuy.com as poor it would really be an understatement of how horrible their services are.


The idea and intentions might be good behind it but the execution and operations suck to the core.


had ordered a microwave from them which had some plastic freebies with it.


Even a retard person can tell that if you put a delicate plastic thing on top of a heavy metal microwave and pack it it’s bound to break in the logistics.


Then when I call them they know only one word sorry. took the complaint and no response for many days.again I call, and u really need to stoop to their level, the so called cce promised it will be done.nothing still.i talk to a senior guy, he accepts that for some reason they first cant find the complain then they say they have and the cce was at fault and he will get it done and then I talk to some arrogoant guy wwho claims to be the head and promises he will resolve the issue and I never get a response from the senior management.


I tried to get the details of the ceo/ senior staff and all they say is they cant give details.if u push that hard u can even talk to the president .they r just so unreachable.wish they have some idea of whats going on in their company.


They give me a board line number.011-40808800 which nobody pics.tried calling that number a dozen times  nobody answers. a couple of times they did, the guy transfered my call to the pantry.beat that


and still no response.


Another product I purchased(my big mistake) coz it was a 1000 rs cheaper hoping against hope that maype I wont have to go through the torture again but it’s deja vu.


They didnt deliver the pan that was supposed to accompany the product.never happened.i call as ususal they promise and then forget about it.they don’t even have the courtesy to call and tell people of  partial shipping or any info whatsoever.


And when I have to have the product returned they don’t call back say will call back will 48 hrs and no call.they need a real lesson on ethics and commitments .if they have heard those word that is


over all a sad sad company.might have got a lot of vc but hey then everyone make mistakes.


save yourself the misery.don’t ever get lured by their marketing gimmics, if u can pay a few hundred rupees more and buy from a real store


Don’t pay on lesbuy webite using credit/card and make ur life miserable having to run after these bunch of Jo**rs
