Letsbuy.com is most horrible

This was the first time I shopped with Letsbuy.com & I placed an order for Kinect Sports Season 2 Xbox 360(Order number - LSB-547764). This was a pre order & the game has already launched in India since October 27th. Until now, Letsbuy has neither shipped the order nor updated me about the status, I sent them an email on their email address: customtakeoutercare@letsbuy.com on October 31st, however, there is no response since 3 days! When I called their customtakeouter service, I had to be kept on hold(As I pressed option 3 for others) for almost 15minutes! Then when I dialed again from another phone & pressed 1 for a new order, I immediately spoke to the customtakeouter support advisor. This proves that Letsbuy gives more priority to sales than service! Secondly, when I finally got thru to discuss about my order, the person with whom I spoke to was just guessing as to when the order will reach me, first he said that it will be shipped the next day & then he said, it will take 4-6 days, then again, he says no, it will be sent in 3 days & then come to you in 4-6 days, then I asked are you sure & he says I don’t know as this is a pre-order & whether it has arrived or not. Then I told him to go onto their own website & see that they have now removed the "pre-order now" description which means that its in stock, then he said, yes, it "maybe". Then all of a sudden, he says, can I help you with anything else? God. I tell you guys, they are plain jokers with no sense of business. Don’t ever shop with Letsbuy


So, the order was finally delivered to me on 5th Nov after much escalations & writing on MouthShut_Official.com, however, till now, they have not delivered any "Diwali Gift" that they said they would on their website. Trust me. I still stand by my review & would like to tell everyone, NEVER buy from Letsbuy.com, flipkart is much better!
