Have booked a microwave oven on 27th oct.. The status is "in process" from day one till today. and their "27x7 support" never answers any call. Had recently ordered a product from flipkart.com and was amazed by their service, thought letsbuy.com would also be the same. But letsbuy turns out to be just sh*t.
Am just hoping I can cancel the order somehow. Don’t even think of shopping from lets buy.. You’ll definitely regret it.
