Never Buy from Letsbuy

I ordered a product form Letsbuy on 19th Oct(order id # 507744). After 4 days they sent a mail informing that there was some problem in my payment, to resolve that I need to submit few documents(ID proof, copy of Credit card and statement), which I submitted on next day after receiving mail. After that I keep calling them to know about status my order and their customer care keep saying that there are no updates in status of my order and I will come to know any updates within 24-48 hrs. On 1st Nov they cancelled my order without informing me. Even when I called on Customer care on 3rd and 5th Nov., they were not even aware about the status and kept on saying that I will be getting updates within 24-48 Hrs.


When I called them today(7th Nov.), I come to know that my order was already cancelled on 1st Nov and as per their system they have refund amount on 5th Nov.(why they kept amount with them for 4 working days) and I will be receiving amount within 24-48 hrs(again).


You have to keep them calling, if you want to know about status of order and they pick your call after 15 mins. everytime and most of the time their answer will be like you have to wait for 24 to 48 hrs to resolve your query.


I hope I will receive my money soon.


Update 29/11/2011: Received a call from letsbuy guys to update this review. So YES, I have received my money after few day of posting this review. Thanks a lot.


Its amazing that they never replied to my mails on their customer care mail id, I had to wait for atleast 10 mins when I called them to ask about my order, but after posting this review, then replied on this review and called me as well. Thank you guys and best of luck.
